In 1937, market gardener David Drouin traveled the roads of Beauport to deliver fresh vegetables to grocers and small businesses in the area.
Four generations later, the Drouin family now distributes thousands of products across the region, with the same pride and concern for a job well done.
Our mission remains unchanged: to be a solutions-oriented, proactive and creative food distributor in order to support our customers in their supply needs and challenges.

David Drouin et Fils specializes in the production and packaging of vegetables. The original company has grown considerably, with facilities now totaling 17,000 square feet.
This is the creation of Fruits et Légumes Beauport by Charles Drouin, son of David Drouin, and his two acolytes, Raymond Chouinard and Pierre Morissette.
Last years of the agricultural exploitation of Drouin lands. This is the start of a tremendous expansion for the company.
Charles Drouin's two sons, Carl and Éric, took control of the company. The arrival of a new generation is bringing a wind of change to the direction of the company.
Fruits et Légumes Beauport now distributes fruits and vegetables, groceries, dairy products and frozen foods to thousands of customers in the region.
13,000 ft2 are added to the warehouse, bringing the total area of its facilities to 30,000 ft2. A new 3,600 ft2 freezer is also making its debut, along with an optical reader system.
Carl Drouin's son, Philippe, joins the ranks of the company and breathes a breath of modernity into Fruits et Légumes Beauport. The company, now with 80 employees, is acquiring the distribution rights of COAC and Thomassin & Fils.
The company is celebrating its thirtieth anniversary by refreshing its brand image. Fruits and Vegetables Beauport thus becomes FLB food solutions.
Renovation of premises, increase in sales and purchasing team, addition of proteins and seafood to our product range. Launch of the online ordering and overnight delivery service.
FLB has a marketing department, which successfully undertakes the redesign of the website and the optimization of the online ordering platform.
