1- How to open a new corporate FLB account?
If you are an active or start-up business, you can open a business customer account with FLB. Click here to start an online application, consult the guide to creating a new account or contact us to get support from a representative for opening your account.
Once your business is approved, you will receive an email with a link so your authorized employees can activate their web access and place web orders on behalf of your business.
Please note that our services are currently reserved for businesses and that no orders for residential customers for delivery are authorized at this time.

2- I already have an active corporate customer account with FLB.
How can I get my web access in order to be
able to order on the new website?
The new FLB website requires a different web access than the one needed to access DADHRIWEB. Contact us, we will provide you with the email addresses associated with your account and give you access to the quick activation online form.
3- Your web access is activated, but you cannot complete an order?
Is the email address used authorized by the company? If yes, do not worry, it is completely normal. As soon as you activate your Web access, our servers need 24 hours to make your routes, your personalized prices and discounts, your exclusives and the availability for picking accessible for your Web account. If after 24 hours you still cannot complete an order while connected to your Web account, contact us, there may be a problem with your Web access.
4- Have you forgotten your web access password?
If you have forgotten the password associated with your web customer account, click here to reset your password.
5- Minimum order and service fees
A $15.00 service fee per invoice is applied upon delivery. The service fee for pickup at our Beauport warehouse is $7.00. The minimum order amount upon delivery is $500.00.
Although the service fee does not appear on your web invoice estimate, you will be able to see it on the final invoice that you will receive by email or upon receipt of your order.
